So you want to go look at new homes?

I can search by whatever year you want me to put into my search criteria and email you all the new homes on the market.

You just need to email me at burkebennett@hotmail.com and I will email you everything on the market it your price range.

I can put in variables such as: square footage, year build, how many garages, bathrooms, bedrooms, acreage etc.

Almost anything you can think of.

Write down the multiple listing numbers (MLS) and email them to me or call me with the numbers.

I can set up appointments and we can hit 10 or so in about a 2 to 3 hour period.

The nice thing about most new homes is that they are vacant so as long as they are not too old, we won't need to get any appointments.

If you don't like any of the homes we see, I can have one of my best builders build you one to suit your needs.
